Our aim at KC Leadership Training Program is to transform, followers into leaders, and transform leaders into agents of transformation.

We seek bring out the Lion and the Eagle in every young man and woman that goes through the quarterly training program, inculcating what we call ‘The LIOGLE Mindset’ in them.

We believe leadership is not complete until a leader is able to become a transformation tool themselves.

Through our onsite and online trainings, book reading challenge, mentorship programs we have been able to affect many lives positively since we began in 2019.
